First time customer at Shrader South Bend location but it won’t be my last Very friendly staff from Harry, Wayne, Chrissy and Felix. Felix did an awesome job and took pride in doing the job right. Spun balanced my wheels before mounting the tires just as a check. Once tires were mounted spun balanced again and couldn’t be happier with the results. Felix made sure that everything was right and took his time to check and double check. Very efficient, friendly and took his time. No shortcuts and checked the mounting and stud torque with a torque bar. Very happy with the amazing friendly service I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this location

We full time travel pulling an rv. Needed urgency tire repair. They took us in and in no time we werw in our way again. The two gentlemen in back and young lady at the counter we super cool to us. 10 Stars!

Felix cut-off 2/3 of my original estimate upon seeing that my vehicle could be fixed for less without compromising safety. What…? Honest work done fast with precision and exceptional workmanship. For the people at Shrader Tire & Oil, the customer’s best interest is clearly at the top of their list. A raw-honest team with a high level of integrity.

Daniel fixed my tractor’s tire this morning then only a few hours later, I had a trailer tire blow out on the interstate (I94)! He arrived much sooner than most roadside assistance ever has, was completely professional, and 100% knowledgeable. Had me back on the road not only once but twice in one day! Give this man a raise! The danger technicians like Daniel faced on this interstate alone makes him worth his weight in gold! Thank you, Daniel, and Shrader Tire! I appreciate you.
